<p style='text-align: justify;'>The Genii or Perfect tomb belongs to the third group of tholoi at Mycenae, as categorised by A.J.B. Wace, dating to ca. 1400-1300 BCE. A.J.B. Wace and his team in 1921 probed for pottery under the tholos and dromos walls, in hope of establishing a chronology for their construction. The following year, they investigated the chamber itself and cleared the outer face of the wall that closes the dromos.</p>
