<p style='text-align: justify;'>This is where radioactive sources for nuclear physics experiments were prepared by G. Crowe. In 1937 Samuel Curran measured the radioactive contamination in the room using a Geiger-Müller counter. The photograph was taken when the tower was first decontaminated. Afterwards, it was only used for storage.</p>
