<p style='text-align: justify;'>This counting equipment was used in the 1MV accelerator in the High Tension Laboratory. It consisted of an amplifier (top centre, in black box), a detector and a receiver (both in the centre). The designers and inventors were C.E. Wynn-Williams and W.B. Lewis.</p>
