<p style='text-align: justify;'>In 1873 Maxwell committed himself to the preservation of Henry Cavendish's papers on electricity. This work was published by Cambridge University Press in 1879 as 'The Electrical researches of the Honourable Henry Cavendish'. The last page of the letter was written on July 11th 1876 and is a response to letters from Garnett and G. Chrystal. For more details see: P.M.
