Cavendish Laboratory

<p style='text-align: justify;'>Located next to the memorial window on the south wall of Corsock church. The plaque and the window both came from the old Glenlair parish church which was built in 1839 mainly thanks to the support of John Clerk Maxwell, James's father. It was moved to Corsock church in 1947.</p>
