<p style='text-align: justify;'>Photograph of a list of names shows those attending practical classes in physics during the Lent term of 1877. The Laboratory was open daily from 10am to 4pm under the supervision of the Professor and Demonstrators. During the Lent term, courses of demonstrations were given on Heat and Advanced Electricity and Magnetism. During the Easter term, the demonstrations concerned Light, Electricity and Sound.
