<p style='text-align: justify;'>A rare photographic collection taken by the late South Asia archaeologist Bridget Allchin in 1951 of objects housed in the National Museum of Afghanistan in Kabul. The collection includes images of objects from notable sites including Begram, Fondukistan, Hadda, Kunduz and Nuristan. Many of the objects in the collection have since been damaged or lost during the protracted civil war in Afghanistan.</p>
