<p style='text-align: justify;'><p>Citing Blomfield’s manuscript collections, the Gentleman’s Magazine 1799 records an inscription in the E window of N aisle to Henry and Elizabeth Collard which it associates with arms blazoned as ‘Or, three blackmoors’ heads couped’. The glass was still in place when Bell visited. The heads of 3 Africans in profile can be seen in the top of the window at E end of N aisle.</p><p>Bell 2013; Bingley and Cockerill 2006; Saunders P pers comm</p></p>
