<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: trader’s note in Judaeo-Arabic, admonishing the recipient for various financial decisions he had made without consulting the writer. The writer closes the letter by saying (in reference to an expected delivery) ‘do not pay anything for it before (it arrives)’. Verso: jottings in a different hand to recto. The phrase ‘with a colleague’ (zamīl) is repeated frequently.</p>
