<p style='text-align: justify;'>Draft legal document, ca. 1040 CE, regarding the divorce of a couple from Alexandria, Surūr (Isaac) b. Jacob b. Aaron and Surūra b. Solomon b. Rabīʿ, in the hand of Ephraim b. Šemarya. It appears to be a draft of T-S 13J8.2, in which Surūra asks the court of Ephraim b. Šemarya in Fusṭāṭ to secure on her behalf, through the Jerusalemite court in Alexandria, her half of a large debt owed to her deceased father-in-law by Nājī b. Aaron ha-Kohen b. Ṭovi, as part of her divorce settlement.</p>
