<p style='text-align: justify;'>Note to a dignitary (השר היקר) concerning the actions of R. Mevoraḵ and a sum of 5 dirhāms, from which 10 qīrāṭs are owed. Refers to the ‘camp of the King’ (מחנה המלך). The language of the note is interesting, since it switches back and forth between Arabic and Hebrew mid-sentence. Verso contains what is probably the reply, since it refers to Mevoraḵ, but is largely illegible. Ca. 11th-12th century.</p>
