They are in the same hand, which is either that of Abraham Maimonides or his son David Maimonides, and are prefaced with the Maimonidean motto הנה אל ישועתי (Isaiah 12:2). The notes address al-Šayḵ al-Ṯiqa b. […] al-Faraj. </p>
