<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: piyyuṭim, headed בשמך רחאן and opening with Judah ha-Levi’s יעלו לאלף ולרבבה. Verso: petition to a unnamed vizier of al-Ḥāfiẓ li-Dīn Allāh. Ca. 531-533 AH (= 1137-1139 CE). The petition was cut and reused to write the piyyuṭim on recto.</p>
