<p style='text-align: justify;'>A prenuptial agreement, ca. 1100 CE, with a dowry list. The groom is David b. Ephraim ha-Parnas and the bride is Mubāraka b. Faraḥ ha-Kohen. It is agreed that the bride will reside with the groom's mother as long as peace prevails between them, and if the bride refuses to live with her mother-in-law, the groom will have to move her to another house and live with her there. If he does not want to do this he will need to divorce her and pay the ketubba payment.</p>
