<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: an ownership note stating that the booklet belongs to Judah ha-Levi b. Yefet ha-Levi. The same note is repeated again fully vocalised with Tiberian signs and with the word ‘šaddah’ spelled out to indicate gemination. The vocalisation reflects an imāla and a pronunciation of the name Yefet as Yafat. Verso: a rahaṭ beginning ממכון שבתך עניני.</p>
