<p style='text-align: justify;'>The recto and upper part of verso contain a count of the number of verses in the Torah that begin with each letter of the alphabet. This list is preceded by the observation that there are 5845 verses in the Torah. The lower part of the verso then divides the Torah into six sections, the first five containing 1000 verses each, and the last containing 845 verses. Each section is delimited using lemmata.</p>
