<p style='text-align: justify;'>Legal document (will); written in Fusṭāṭ, in which Elʿazar ha-Levi, known as Abū Naṣr b. Abū l-Ḥasan, entrusts on his deathbed his employee, Barakāt b. Yešuʿa Ibn al-Mūrid (‘supplier (of gold and silver) to the mint’), with his perfume store, fixing for him daily wages amounting to 2 3/8 dirhams. Dated to the middle decade of Tammuz 1555 Sel. era (= 1244 CE). </p>
