<p style='text-align: justify;'>Legal document, dated Tuesday 11th Iyyar 1512 Sel. (= April 1201 CE) in Aleppo. Abū l-Faraj b. Hilāl the Egyptian frees his slave girl Mubāraka and gives her a dowry of 150 dirhams; also promises muqdam and meʾuḥar. The witnesses are Judah b. Moses, Ḵazim Ibn al-Ṭawīl, Dāʾūd the tanner, Ibrāhīm b. Fahd the washer and Ḵazim b. ʿAbd al-Qāhir. The slave girl will be married to Ḥasan al-Kohen the dyer al-Kardārī. </p>
