Shorthand Hebrew Bible, Deuteronomy 33:1-34:1, abbreviated using the lemma method, with incipits of 2-4 words only. 2 columns per page, one verse per line. Each incipit ends with a וג׳; at the top of f. 1r it has בש׳ רח׳ נע׳ ונצליח (i.e. בשמך רחמנא נעלה ונצליח). There is part of an unidentified Arabic document on verso, written by a well practised hand, suggesting a receipt or some other common document. The two lines in Arabic script, between the two columns on recto, probably say al-ʿabd al-mamlūk, mamlūk ibn Hārūn.
