<p style='text-align: justify;'>Shorthand Hebrew Bible, Psalms 89:51-92:8, of the serugin type (with a focus on the accented syllable). It has a relaxed approach to abbreviation, with the beginning or end of the word written, and usually more than two letters per word. There is masora parva. The Tetragrammaton is abbreviated. In this manuscript the interest is apparently primarily on the location of the accent sign itself, rather than the word stress. This can be seen by the fact that in the case of the pre-positive accents the first part of the word is written, not necessarily up to the accented consonant, since the accent appears on the first letter of the word. E.g. וְ֭רָהְבָּם (Psalms 90:10) is represented by וְ֭רָהְ representing the pre-positive deḥi, rather than the stressed consonant itself.</p>
