<p style='text-align: justify;'>Part of a will, dated Sunday, 18th Marḥešvan 1318 (= 1006 CE), in which Maṣliaḥ Ibn al-Ḥasan (known as Ibn al-Ṣabbāb), appoints his son Šemarya to be executor of his will, with responsibility to provide for the dowries of his two half-sisters and the inheritance of his half-brother, and leaves his second wife 200 dinars, which will be reduced to 50 dinars should she remarry. </p>
