Cairo Genizah

<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter sent from Damascus to al-Firnas (i.e. the parnas) al-Harūnī (i.e. the Kohen) ʿAllūn b. Yaʿīš (= ʿEli b. Yaḥyā) in Fusṭāṭ. The letter announces that Abū ʿAli Ḥassun b. Musallam Ibn al-Hirbiš had come to Alexandria and asks that the parnas see to it that al-Hirbiš fulfills his obligations. Address in Hebrew and Arabic script on verso.</p>
