Cairo Genizah

<p style='text-align: justify;'>Part of a ketubba for Sutayt bat Yaʿir and ʿEli b. Qimoi (קימוי). Dated 1306 (= 995 CE). Witnessed by [Elḥanan] b. Šemarya and Tamīm b. [...]. The dowry includes a female slave, Rūmiyya, with the value of 80 dinars. Goitein (1967:138) notes it is the highest value for a slave mentioned in the Genizah.</p>
