<p style='text-align: justify;'>Part of a draft deed of indemnity, dated 1342 (= 1031 CE), in which the woman Ḥusn bat Mawhūb, releases her husband, Nathaniel b. Yefet, from his responsibility for her dowry, as he has given her complete control over it. The contents of the dowry, totalling 540 dinars and including a house, are listed in twenty lines of Judaeo-Arabic on the verso. </p>
