<p style='text-align: justify;'>Magical formulary containing curses on anyone stealing a Torah scroll donated (to the synagogue) by a person on his death-bed. It opens: הקדיש זה המצחף and refers to והספר התורה הזה (sic). It contains the names of ten angels (including ‘Zeganzal’ who only appears in very late sources). Names (of angels) are boxed or overlined. The curses include turning the malefactor’s children into orphans his wife into a widow, along with his complete and utter destruction. </p>
