<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: letter with a statement recording that Abū l-Makārim owes 100 dirhams in Fusṭāṭ for the price of wheat and that he will be incarcerated if he enters Fusṭāṭ. The addressee is asked to intervene with the wife, requesting she be patient regarding her monthly payments for two months. Written on 1st Marḥešvan. Verso: pen trials. </p>
