<p style='text-align: justify;'><p>Discusses the valuation of the Hector; hopes ST will not hesitate to sell the Dee. They cannot get a permit for the pipes of wine without sending a memorial to the Board of Excise, which they will not do unless necessary, as they are told that if Mr Parker takes an oath before the Collector of Excise that the duties have been paid, he will at once get a permit to remove any part of it. A Glasgow Herald was sent for Mr P. yesterday, will he please post it to his brother Patrick at Elmden.</p></p>
