<p style='text-align: justify;'><p>They advise MP of additional charges arising from shipping of wine to Demerara in the Clyde. Half the charges arose from the necessity of imprisoning at Madeira four sailors who threatened the life of Captain Hamilton of the Clyde. Captain H. intends having them tried in Demerara. The other half is from having two guards on board on account of a few hogsheads of tobacco, and some boxes of soap, which is contraband on Madeira. Account annexed.</p></p>
