<p style='text-align: justify;'>A leather-bound manuscript, containing different manuscript parts bound together in the 19th century. It contains the eight book of the <i>Mahābhārata</i>, called <i>Karṇaparvan</i>, with the commentary called <i>Bhāvadīpa</i> by Nīlakaṇṭha, the ninth book, called <i>Śalyaparvan</i> (with the section of the battle between Bhīma and Duryodhana here separately named <i>Gadāparvan</i>) without commentary, the tenth book, called <i>Sauptikaparvan</i> (with the second part of the book separately named as <i>Aiṣikaparvan</i>) with the commentary called <i>Bhāvadīpa</i> by Nīlakaṇṭha, the eleventh book, called <i>Strīparvan</i> (with the section on s ) without commentary. This item is part of a series of manuscripts containing the whole <i>Mahābhārata</i> (Nn.3.59-70), possibly all by the same scribe(s).</p>
