<p style='text-align: justify;'>Piyyuṭim for Purim. (1) Alphabetic acrostic poem, where each successive stanza begins with the next letter of the alphabet. The piyyuṭ sequentially lists the many enemies of Israel from the Bible. F. 1r contains strophes ט to מ; f. 1v contains strophes מ to ע; f. 2r contains strophes פ to ר; f. 2v contains strophes ר to ת. The refrain consists of (at least) the first verse of Psalm 3 (יי מה רבו צרי רבים קמים עלי) followed by: והמן עוד בא: לאבדי בהתיעצו: ונתלה על עצו: כן יאבדו כל אויב[י] יי. A final stanza after the alphabetic acrostic contains the acrostic פינחשׂ (sic.) The first part of the poem (strophes א to ח) is preserved in L-G Lit. 2.46. (2) At the bottom of f. 2v the first four lines of another alphabetic acrostic are preserved, beginning: אבד תאבד אלופי אדום.</p>
