Isaiah 42:1-5. The Targum follows the Hebrew verse by verse. The Hebrew is vocalised with both Tiberian and simple Babylonian signs. The Tiberian vocalisation (which appears to be in the same ink as the consonantal text) is not quite full. The Targum is vocalised with Babylonian signs only. In addition to the basic Babylonian line system, the Babylonian dageš sign is frequently employed. Also, a distinct sign for segol (two dots above the consonant, leaning diagonally down to the left) is employed, though inconsistently.
