<p style='text-align: justify;'>Leaf 1 and f. 2r contain an ordered, numbered list of the opening incipits of the Psalms. On f. 1r there are two numbered incipits per line, and the text is arranged in a single block on the page. On f. 1v, however, the text is arranged into two columns, successive numbered incipits appearing one below the other. On f. 2r the columnar approach is continued, though only the first third of the first column is required to complete the list. The final Psalm: הללו יה הללו אל (Psalm 150) is numbered as קמח. The opening Psalm on the list: מזמור לאסף (Psalm 73) is numbered as עא. Thus, throughout the entire list the numbers on the list are consistently two behind the Psalm numbering in modern (and many mediaeval) manuscripts and printed editions. It is possible that the alternative count was arrived at by counting Psalms 1 and 2 as a single Psalm, and Psalms 42 and 43 as a single Psalm. The Tetragrammaton is abbreviated. Ca. 16th century.</p>
