"This ignorant, careless, unobservant government."</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>The <i>Nature</i> editors, J. N. Lockyer and Bennett, blame each other for printing Owen’s letter.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Huxley looks wretched.</p>
