Daily account of excavation of House of the Oil Merchant at front (majority of notebook) and Cyclopean Terrace Building at back, interspersed with corresponding papse notes throughout and some sketch plans.<br />10 inserts: 1 hand drawn plan in ink traced from a 1952 drawing; 3 printed plan & section drawings of HOM; 2 plans in ink on blue drafting linen of House of the Oil Merchant; 4 leaves typescript notes copied from Josephine Dow's 1952 notebook with annotations handwritten in ink.</p>
