<p style='text-align: justify;'>1953-1954 excavation diary with additional notes about 1955-1957, kept by Helen Wace. Describes daily occurrences, lists visitors and arrival/departure dates, records who undertook different duties during the excavations and references major finds. Social events, illnesses and trips away from the site are also mentioned. Team expeditions to Nauplia Museum with research agenda in August 1956 (<a href='' onclick='store.loadPage(49);return false;'>p. 106</a>) and August 1957 (<a href='' onclick='store.loadPage(50);return false;'>p. 110</a>). Lists are kept at the back of the book: some personal reminders, suggestions of items to bring in 1955 and 1956, 1953 inventory of dig household equipment and lists of dig items bought new in 1954 and 1955.<br /><a href='' onclick='store.loadPage(37);return false;'>pp. 81-83</a>, all members of the dig team and guests signed their names on 13 July 1954 on the occasion of AJBW's birthday party (see <a href='' onclick='store.loadPage(4);return false;'>p. 10</a> for a description of the occasion).</p>
