Recto: contains the end of an agreement (dating from June 1098 CE) that began in Add.3414.1, between Abū Yaʿqūb Yequtiʾel b. Moses the doctor (הרופא) and Abū Yaʿqūb Joseph b. David al-Lebdī (their names are mentioned in short form at the top of the leaf). At the bottom are the signatures of the scribe, Hillel b. ʿEli, and the witnesses, Abraham b. Šemaʿya the Ḥaver, Nissim b. Nahray ha-Rav, and Isaac b. Samuel. Verso: a court record dated 13th of Elul 1409 (= August 1098 CE) concerning repayment of a loan of 102 dinars. The parties are Mevoraḵ b. Elʿazar, known as Ibn al-[???], and Solomon b. Yefet, known as al-Qudsī. The scribe appears to have been Yequtiʾel b.
