<p style='text-align: justify;'>A single palm leaf of the <i>Hitopadeśa</i>, pasted within two layers of thick paper and bound in the Western book format; originally it was included in Add.1679 (see the note in ULIB 7/3/55: "Taken out of Add.1679"). It contains the the beginning of the frame story (<i>kathāmukha</i>).</p>
