<p style='text-align: justify;'>"Copy of an inscription from an old temple on Śāmbhunāth, about a mile west of Kal. "(from a paper pasted on the manuscript). The copy is on thin paper and written in the Nepālākṣarā script. "This copy was made by a paṇḍit for Dr D.Wright. The original is on a large stone in front of an old temple on 'Sambhunāth,' a hill about a mile west of Katmandu. With the exception of a few words of preliminary invocation, the inscription is in a vernacular dialect. The date N.S. 879 (A.D. 1759) occurs." (Bendall 1883: 20).</p>
